You are a Reporting Leader responsible for owning and scaling the reporting, analytics, and data exchange systems within Semiconductor OSAT operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring visibility into manufacturing performance, process traceability, and enterprise data exchange. Your key responsibilities include developing and maintaining real-time dashboards and visualizations in tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Grafana. You will define and implement data cubes and multi-dimensional models for fast, flexible analysis and deliver reports in multiple output formats to meet OSAT customer needs. Additionally, you will develop portals for internal and external users to access reports with the right level of access control. You will integrate MES data to capture complete product/process traceability, automate OEE tracking, and enable deep-dive root cause and trend analysis using historical data. Designing and managing staging tables, stored procedures, and ETL processes to clean, transform, and prepare data from MES, ERP, and external sources will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring efficient loading and transformation of large datasets into data warehouses or big data platforms is crucial, as well as optimizing the performance of dashboards and queries using indexes, partitions, and pre-aggregated views. Managing B2B/RosettaNet/EDI data exchange with external partners and customers, maintaining EDI mappings, monitoring data quality, and collaborating with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and enhance partner integration pipelines are other key responsibilities. Enabling analytics on unstructured or sensor data from equipment, testers, and traceability logs to support predictive maintenance, yield prediction, and anomaly detection initiatives is part of your role. You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to understand reporting and data needs, train users, and promote self-service BI capabilities. As a thought leader in modern manufacturing analytics and traceability solutions, you will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and at least 10 years of experience in a reporting or BI leadership role within a semiconductor, electronics, or OSAT environment. Your qualifications also include a good understanding of MES DB Schema, proficiency in Power BI (required), experience in Grafana and Tableau, deep experience with MES systems, OEE metrics, and traceability frameworks, strong SQL skills, and ETL pipeline experience. Additionally, you should possess advanced data modeling and engineering skills, MES/OEE/ERP integration expertise, proficiency in BI tools, data warehouse and cube design knowledge, traceability and compliance reporting skills, B2B/RosettaNet/EDI data exchange experience, big data analytics proficiency, cross-functional communication abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.,
