Conduct regular check-ins and relationship-building activities with key clients. Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the renewal process. Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry insights to clients. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
