Gurugram, Haryana, India Department Engineering Job posted on Jun 13, 2025 Employment type Permanent Job Role/Title Lead Civil & Structural Engg (WTG Foundation, Tubular Steel / Concrete Tower & Civil BOP) Overall Job Objectives A Highly motivated Engineering Manager with experience in Design & Engineering of Civil & Structural components like WTG Foundation & Tubular Steel / Concrete Towers & Structural components Will lead evaluation of Designs of WTG Towers & Foundations Assessment, Qualification & Development of vendors for Foundation activities & other Civil BOP activities Will carry out technical due diligence of all civil & structural components for various Wind & Solar projects. Roles & Responsibilities of the position (Detailed set of activities) Responsibility of leading civil design & engineering for renewable energy projects in Wind Civil Engg. Manager holding the Civil and Structural design responsibilities. Responsible for designing, verifying and certification of structural components of the Wind Electric converter towers and foundations in OEM designed models Development of Specifications & QAPs for all Civil & Structural components Review and approval of OEM protocols, processes & Civil BOQ Approval of Disposition actions for critical issues in Construction & Operational Fleet Lead engagement with CFT team (Vendor, Procurement & Projects) for effective Closures Civil & structural points of Contracts Take part in Technical Due Diligence of Turbine technologies No. of Years of Experience 15-18 Years Experience in managing civil design & project teams for renewable energy projects & design of Tubular Steel Towers of WTG & Structural components of Solar farms Minimum Educational Requirement, & any industry preference BE / B.Tech (Civil Engg)) from reputed Institution Certification in Design / Computational Engg, Structural Analysis Direct Reportees (if any) Organization Chart (attach) NA Stakeholders (Internal and External) Internal:- Procurement, Projects.
