Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager Gold Loan, located in Chengannur, Thodupuzha, Haripad, Alappuzha and Kayamkulam . The Relationship Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets through effective relationship building and management with customers. Daily tasks include assessing customer needs, processing gold loan applications, ensuring timely follow-up for interest collection and renewals, and maintaining continuous engagement with customers. The role also involves conducting field visits for business development and client servicing. Qualifications Proficiency in relationship management and customer service skills Experience in loan processing, particularly in Gold Loans Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to plan and execute field visits for business development Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus,
