The role involves a blend of relationship management, business development, and marketing initiatives, ensuring that our services meet client needs while expanding our reach in the market. Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their facility service and manpower needs. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, resolving issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Conduct client visits and organize meetings to assess ongoing service delivery and explore additional opportunities. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote facility services and manpower solutions across various channels. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals. Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to support sales initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree or PUC. Proven experience in client relationship management and marketing, preferably in facility management or manpower services. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
