Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Thane. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, providing expert advice on insurance products, assisting with claim settlements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing client portfolios, conducting regular follow-ups, identifying and addressing client needs, and collaborating with the internal teams to provide seamless service. The role also involves attending meetings, preparing reports, and staying updated with industry trends and product knowledge. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service and relationship management skills Knowledge of life and general insurance products Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively Proficiency in using software tools for relationship management Strong organizational and multitasking skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Experience in the insurance sector is a plus,
