As a Sales Growth & Order Management professional, your primary responsibility will be to proactively generate business inquiries to expand the customer base through market research and networking. You will be required to develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned sales targets in the building materials sector. Additionally, managing existing customer accounts by facilitating repeat orders and identifying upselling opportunities will be a key aspect of your role. In Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management, you will need to develop and execute a strategic plan to target retailers, wholesalers, contractors, and builders in the construction materials industry. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers, converting leads, onboarding new customers, and driving transactions to meet revenue targets will also be part of your responsibilities. Data updating and process management are crucial aspects of the role, as you will be required to maintain accurate customer data by updating relevant information in the CRM system. This includes managing customer documents, updating meeting details, and handling inquiries effectively. Customer Satisfaction is paramount in this role, where you will need to proactively manage customer expectations by communicating delivery timelines and product quality clearly. Resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, as well as monitoring key metrics to identify areas for improvement, are essential tasks. Collaboration & Compliance are integral parts of the job, as you will be expected to work effectively with internal teams such as operations, finance, logistics, and category to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
