Job designation: Relationship Manager / Relationship Executive
Mandatory Skills: Excellent Sales Pitch, can speak atleast3 languages- Gujarati, Hindi and English, Domain knowledge
Salary : 18k + variable
Notice period: three months
Location: WFO
Interview process: on-site if applicant is local, virtual if staying outside Vadodara.
No of interviews: 2
Gender preference: preferably Male. Even Female would do if she is sales oriented.

Prospecting, Lead generation, closing
Pitch Retail / Corporate General Insurance directly to clients/retail
Relationship Management with existing clients & Hardcore field sales
Good knowledge of insurance products
