We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of affordable home loans and mortgage products. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, sales fulfillment, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through branding and marketing activities in catchment areas
- Meet with clients, advise, and showcase company products and benefits
- Sales fulfillment, pre- and post-sanction sales activities
- Update and upkeep marketing and sales collaterals
- Conduct promotional activities, group meetings, and presentations
- Front-end interaction, field travel, and customer interface
- Regular interaction with customers through meetings, site promotions, and presentations
- Attend to walk-ins and visit clients at their place
- Spearhead documentation and ensure fresh bounce collections

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in affordable home loans or mortgage loans
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong network and relationships with potential customers
