Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in Construction Finance Sales based in Mumbai Lower Parel, your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships in the Construction Finance sector. You will be tasked with understanding the financial needs of clients in the construction industry and offering suitable financial products and services to meet those needs. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements, and providing them with the necessary support and guidance throughout the sales process. You will be expected to have a good understanding of the Construction Finance market in Mumbai and be able to identify new business opportunities within the sector. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing and presenting financial proposals to clients, and negotiating terms and conditions to ensure successful deal closures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in this role, as you will be required to liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders on a regular basis. To excel in this position, you should have a background in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry, preferably with experience in Construction Finance. A solid understanding of financial products and services, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and client requirements, will be key to your success in this role.,
