Position Overview: As a Relationship Manager (Agency Channel), you will be at the frontline of InsuranceDekhos mission helping us expand our network of insurance partners (POSPs), support their growth, and drive insurance penetration in your assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard new Point of Sale Persons (POSPs) under the agency model. Train, mentor, and activate POSPs to sell insurance policies digitally. Monitor daily performance, provide sales support, and ensure achievement of targets. Maintain strong working relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement. Promote InsuranceDekhos tech tools and features to improve agent productivity. Conduct market intelligence to identify opportunities for business growth. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Experience: 6 months 3 years of experience in field sales (BFSI, telecom, FMCG, or related). Skills: Excellent communication, relationship management, and a drive to achieve goals. Smartphone & 2-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
