Overview :
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients & sales team, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized services. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- New Business Development: Identify potential clients and business opportunities to expand the client base. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, present offerings, and convert prospects into clients.
- Financial Advisory: Provide financial advice and guidance to clients based on their individual financial goals and objectives. Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and financial products to offer informed advice.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage client portfolios, ensuring a balanced and diversified investment strategy. Monitor market changes and recommend adjustments to portfolios as needed.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Assess and manage risks associated with client relationships and financial transactions.
?Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing & Team Management
- IRDAI Insurance License
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
