Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Representative working through assigned Bank Branches, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the sales of insurance policies. This involves coordinating between the Bank and the company throughout the entire process, starting from lead generation to policy conversion. It will also be crucial for you to maintain a strong working relationship with the Bank in order to assist in client acquisition. A key aspect of this role will involve conducting customer requirement gathering and analysis to tailor product pitches effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to handle objections and grievances from customers, ensuring that timely and satisfactory solutions are provided. Furthermore, part of your duties will involve mentoring and guiding new team members, helping them understand the required deliverables and integrating them into the company values. This is a full-time position with additional benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The working schedule is during day shifts, and performance bonuses are also a part of the compensation package.,
