Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and proactive Managers to oversee operations across assigned cities or zones in India. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing local operations, coordinating with talent, and ensuring successful planning and execution of city-specific events.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end operations within the assigned city/zone
Coordinate with local talent, vendors, and partners
Plan and execute city-specific events and activations
Manage on-ground teams to ensure smooth event flow
Monitor progress, address challenges, and provide timely updates to the central team
Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines
Foster relationships with key local stakeholders
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Event Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in operations, event management, or talent coordination
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel or relocate as per project needs
