Location - Tonk [ We are looking for candidates who are interested in field job, so apply accordingly for this role ] ROLE / RESPOSNIBILITIES: Act as the single point of contact for customer concerns related to parts availability, pricing, and service. Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers and generate parts business from them. Conduct regular customer visits to understand equipment performance and parts requirements. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, ensuring customers satisfaction ROLE REQUIRES: Min. Gradute/ ITI/ Diploma - Technical Field. Good to have experience in Customer Relationship Management, Parts & Accessories. Having good communication and presentation skills. Good negotiator and can handle and resolve customer enquiry. Ready to do field work and regular customer visits.
