We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on driving business growth through effective inside sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, and contributing to the success of the companys sales goals. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, upselling and cross-selling products, and ensuring that the companys goals are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales: Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing agents/clients. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust by providing good service. Business Growth: Push for business development and sales by identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring business targets are consistently met. Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through proactive and efficient sales strategies. Reporting & Feedback: Provide timely updates on sales performance and client feedback to management. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to address client needs and drive business objectives. Desired Skills & Experience: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability and confidence to meet and exceed sales targets.
