Role Description:
The Relationship Manager at ICICI Home Finance plays a critical role in driving sales for home loan products by implementing effective sales strategies. The role involves managing the entire sales process, from generating leads and converting them into customers, to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every step.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and related mortgage products.
• Generate leads through various channels such as real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
• Assess the financial needs of potential clients and present them with suitable home loan solutions.
• Engage in direct sales activities including client meetings, property site visits, and attending networking events.
• Build and nurture relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other stakeholders to increase lead generation.
