Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Loan Against Property (LAP) team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing LAP business through direct and indirect channels, building strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source LAP (Loan Against Property) business through Open Market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs.

• Evaluate customer profiles, financials, and property documents to assess loan eligibility.

• Work closely with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursal.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI regulations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

• Generate leads through market mapping, references, cold calling, and existing client networks.

• Conduct customer visits and property verification as required.

• Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or issues promptly.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of LAP products and processes.

• Good understanding of Mumbai real estate and financial ecosystem.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Negotiation and analytical skills.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably finance, commerce, or business).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in LAP or secured loan sales.
