As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for engaging in dialogue with our clients to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges. Your role will involve analyzing clients" data and offering strategic recommendations to effectively address their needs. You will also be expected to present the value proposition to both potential sales leads and existing customers. In addition, your responsibilities will include proactively prospecting for new sales leads and successfully closing sales to contribute to the growth of the business. Building and maintaining strong relationships between the bank and its customers will be crucial, while consistently striving to meet monthly targets. To excel in this role, you should possess 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management. The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously will be essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with previous experience in banking and loans.
