Key Responsibilities:

Achieve defined sales targets in a performance-oriented environment

Prepare pre-sales proposals tailored to prospective clients

Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to convert prospects into clients

Manage customer queries, objections, and conflicts through regular member interactions and meetings

Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional customer service

Support new members in booking their first holidays and encourage quality referrals
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in B2C or direct sales roles
