Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve defined sales targets in a performance-oriented environment

  • Prepare pre-sales proposals tailored to prospective clients

  • Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to convert prospects into clients

  • Manage customer queries, objections, and conflicts through regular member interactions and meetings

  • Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional customer service

  • Support new members in booking their first holidays and encourage quality referrals

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in B2C or direct sales roles

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and strong execution capability
