Education background- BA/BCom/BBA or equivalent in the field of sales. Working knowledge of computers and modern communication devices.

Job Purpose:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with individual, corporate, Acetracts, Interior, and Builders clients of the company. The primary focus is on developing long-term relationships to promote customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The Relationship Manager serves as a trusted advisor to clients, offering the best services.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Proactively engage with clients to offer a wide range of products and services based on their requirements.
- Provide expert advice on various solutions, including services.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify additional product or service opportunities.
- Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and satisfactorily.

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Generate leads and convert them into new relationships.
- Collaborate with product specialists and underwriters, to structure and deliver customized solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve individual sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of recommended solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during the sales process.
- Monitor and track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to meet or exceed sales goals.

Relationship Building:
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and events to strengthen relationships and promote customer loyalty.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand the professional network and acquire new clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:
- Stay informed about market conditions, economic indicators, and industry trends that may impact clients' situations.
- Prepare regular reports on client activities, sales performance, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development in any industry.
- Strong understanding of products, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
