Job Description

You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved. Building strong relationships with prospective clients is crucial to ensure business continuity. Your core responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to potential clients, explaining the entire home loan process, managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, analyzing client requirements, providing advice, negotiating commercially, and ensuring timely disbursement of loans. Achieving the budgeted sales target from designated regions on a monthly basis is a key objective. You will be expected to effectively manage connector and builder relationships to maintain a strong business network. Converting digital leads into sanction and disbursement, organizing and tracking potential leads, and maintaining proper MIS are essential tasks. Identifying and developing new builder/channel relationships in existing/new markets to increase business is an important aspect of the role. Having a strong understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products available in the markets will enable you to provide valuable feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction is another critical responsibility. Ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations is imperative. Qualifications required for this position include a Graduate/Post Graduate degree.,
