About GENUS DEPARTMENTAL STORE
Job Description
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their tax and financial needs, providing personalized advice, cross-selling relevant tax, investments, and financial banking products and services, and actively seeking new business opportunities to achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with banking regulations. Essentially, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their banking journey. You will identify potential clients, initiate contact, and manage the onboarding process to establish enhanced relationships. Regularly engaging with clients to understand their financial goals, you will proactively offer suitable banking solutions and address any concerns. Conducting thorough client assessments to identify financial needs and tailor tax, investments, or banking products and services accordingly will be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to identify opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products like credit cards, investments, or insurance to existing clients, as well as meet or exceed assigned sales targets for new accounts, cross-selling, and revenue generation. Actively managing client relationships to minimize attrition and maintain long-term loyalty will be crucial, alongside providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Adhering to all income tax policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements regarding KYC (Know Your Customer) is essential. Staying updated on market trends, new products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients is also a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong verbal and listening abilities to effectively present loan options, address customer inquiries, and handle objections. A proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in financial services or business loan sales, is required, along with a basic understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and loan structuring. Negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, resilience to handle rejection, and persistence in pursuing leads are also important qualities for this role. To be considered, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Relationship Executive in a bank or financial services company, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift and morning shift schedules. The work location is in person.,
