We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with our business clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You'll play a key role in driving growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and ensure the timely resolution of client queries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e. g., product, operations, marketing) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Track client activity, engagement, and satisfaction using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Meet or exceed the monthly and quarterly sales and relationship targets.
