Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees within assigned regions. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in person and virtually. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews. Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
