Job Summary: AKUS is seeking an experienced Trainer/Educator to join our team and lead training programs across all our outlets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in training and education, preferably in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Front of House Executives, Baristas, Chefs, and other outlet teams. Train team members on communication skills, sales techniques, brand ethos and values, and product knowledge. Create engaging training materials, manuals, and resources to support ongoing learning and development. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team members" skills and performance. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Provide individualized coaching and support to team members to help them reach their full potential. Collaborate with management, Operations and HR to identify training needs, align training initiatives with business goals, and ensure consistency across outlets. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies to enhance training programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in training and education, specifically in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, learning management systems (LMS), and other training tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively. Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively with Operations, HR, and Founders to achieve training objectives. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
