We are seeking an experienced Regional Head (West+Central) to lead our business development efforts in the Western and Central regions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing regional business, and developing strategies to expand our presence in the construction industry Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Western and Central regions
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities
- Lead a team to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Maintain strong relationships with NHAI, PWD, CPWD, Railways, and other authorities.
- Drive business expansion through effective market analysis and strategic decision-making, Accountable for achievements of Sales Target (Quantity, Collection & Profitability) for his territory. Work collaboratively and effectively with Clients in his territory.
- Well aware with the products like Building Expansion Joints, Bridge Bearing, Bridge Expansion Joint, Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing
Required Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving growth and expanding business in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in Building Expansion Joints, Bridge Bearing, Bridge Expansion Joint, Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing
- Salary: 6-8 LPA CTC
