The candidate we are looking for should have experience and a strong network in the IVD sector, particularly in biochemistry and hematology segments. You will play a crucial role in adding new channel partners, prospecting, and closing sales leads to drive revenue for the company. Your responsibilities will also include developing, implementing, and evaluating sales strategies. Having proficient management and coaching skills is essential to support the sales team's learning and growth. Locations: - Ahmedabad, Gujarat - Ranchi, Jharkhand / Bhubaneshwar, Orrisa - Guwahati, Assam - Chennai, Tamil Nadu - Bengaluru, Karnataka Your key responsibilities will involve supporting the learning and development of the sales team, collaborating with sales representatives to generate and meet prospective leads, tracking and reporting all sales activities, and executing sales strategies based on market analysis.
