Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a surface transport company or relevant industry. Openings: 02 Location: Delhi/NCR Functional Area: Sales Education Qualification: Graduate with Computer Skills Salary: No Bar Roles and Responsibilities: - Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits - Formulating marketing and sales strategies to promote new business generation and increase market share - Acquiring and retaining new B2B and B2C customers - Monitoring and maintaining a strong sales team - Meeting sales growth targets for the region and ensuring team performance - Business planning and analysis to assess revenue potential - Interacting with corporate clients and managing outstanding receivables - Achieving sales targets, managing sales teams, penetrating new markets, and optimizing revenue - Establishing short-term/long-term budgets and corporate strategies - Acting as a P&L Head to achieve desired targets with minimum operational margins - Overseeing the preparation of MIS reports and providing progress updates to top management - Expertise in FTL/Part load business - Setting sales goals for each branch in the region and reporting to top management - Preparing monthly/quarterly reports and submitting findings to top management - Strong communication skills To apply, please email your CV to manager.hr@jaipurgolden.in or hr@jaipurgolden.in Contact Person: Vinod Kumar Marhatta / Deepak Mobile No: +91 9313417220,
