Regional Sales Manager Geo

Description

  1. Enabling Top line and Bottom Line: -
    1. Manage Distribution/Channel partner (Banca/Agency/Motor Dealer) relationships by providing enablers/Support to respective Geo team and ensuring both Topline and Bottomline targets are achieved
    2. Following up and pushing Internal Stakeholders in all transactional works
    3. Give Performance review as per the agreed frequency with Distribution/Channel
  2. Client Relationship:
    1. Relationship Management Distribution/Channel partner through periodic visit/meetings/Reviews.
    2. Coordinating Engagement activities for Distribution/Channel partner
    3. Analysis for Business Progression, Loss Ratio Monitoring
    4. Drafting business strategy in coordination with Distribution/Channel partner & Regional Head
    5. Process audit, ensure implementation of necessary changes
  3. Account reconciliation and coordination
    1. Ensuring monthly reconciliation of BG Float for Distribution/Channel partner wherever applicable
    2. Ensuring monthly BG statement sharing for Distribution/Channel partner wherever applicable
    3. Ensuring monthly IRDA payout processing for Distribution/Channel partner wherever applicable
    4. Ensuring all data shared as per corporate agent compliance and guideline periodically and as an when required for Distribution/Channel partner wherever applicable
  4. New Product (Onboarding):
    1. Plan product as per the requirement of Distribution/Channel partner
    2. Co-ordinate with U/w team for Product and Pricing
    3. Support the on boarding of new branches of Banks/Dealers and ensure business generation
    4. Prepare a step by step launch plan and execute the same with the support of the Channel
  5. Portfolio Management:
    1. Analysis for Business Progression, Loss Ratio Monitoring
    2. Regular interactions with U/W and Actuary team on portfolio performance and corrections in consultation with Regional Head
    3. Drafting Business strategy in coordination with Regional head in line with Channel Expectations
    4. Address service and claims related issues aligned to the role
