We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) business in Bengaluru. This position involves strategic leadership focusing on business expansion, team effectiveness, and the management of channel relationships within the region. As the Regional Sales Manager for Home Loan & LAP, you will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years of team management experience. You should possess a solid background in the Home Loan / Housing Finance industry and demonstrate expertise in builder & broker channels, DSA network, and HL/LAP disbursement. Your responsibilities will include driving Home Loan and LAP sales in the Bengaluru area, establishing and supervising a high-performing sales team, cultivating builder/broker/DSA networks for lead generation, collaborating with lending partners such as Banks, NBFCs, and HFCs, and ensuring the smooth execution of loan disbursement procedures while adhering to compliance standards.
