Job Purpose: Regional Sales Manager is responsible to provide the necessary sales and support to the Sales Managers. Sales Executives are

Responsible for field sales . The role of a sales executive is to use their persuasion skills to sell, upsell and cross-sell the company's products and make new dealers, distributors.

Requisite Skills and Experience

Minimum 3+ Year pf experience in Channel Sales
The candidate should have a strong connect with Dealers and Distributors related to confectionary Products
Develop Dealers and Channels in the assigned Territory
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Good working knowledge of Computers ( MS office , Internet Etc.)
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
Lead Management
Should be a team player

Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
Energetic and enthusiastic about visiting and engaging with clients.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's product range to confidently pitch products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Gather and communicate customer feedback and market trends to assist in product and marketing strategies.
Identify new sales opportunities through cold calls, inbound inquiries, and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the system.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and promotions.
Reach out to potential and existing customers to present and sell products.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
