Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting and exceeding sales targets for the assigned region by implementing effective sales strategies and managing the sales team.
Team Leadership and Management:
Leading, motivating, and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team goals.
Relationship Building:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers like doctors, stockists, retailers, and institutional administrators within the region.
Market Analysis:
Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities and track competitor activities to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
Sales Forecasting:
Forecasting periodic sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and addressing customer queries and concerns effectively.
Reporting and Analysis:
