Job Title: Regional Lead, Sales The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the IFM or related industries, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Reports To: [Sales Director / VP of Sales] Location: Mumbai Experience - 15 Years Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Lead, Sales to oversee and drive the sales strategy for our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services across [Region]. This individual will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through the acquisition of new B2B customers and expansion within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a regional sales team to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve company objectives. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to identify and capture business opportunities in the IFM sector, including market analysis and competitive positioning. Business Development: Drive new business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing business development. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and accurate proposals, contract negotiations, and implementation of services. Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment on business goals. Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide insights and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on regional sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Internal Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of [5-7] years of B2B sales experience, with at least [3-5] years in the Integrated Facility Management or related service industry. Leadership: Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IFM market, service offerings, and key customer needs across sectors such as corporate offices, industrial, healthcare, and commercial real estate. Sales Acumen: Exceptional sales skills, with a deep understanding of the sales process, negotiation, and closing deals in complex environments. Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and clients. Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends, customer requirements, and financial performance.
