You will be responsible for selling the products and services of our company in the Gujarat region as a Regional Sales Head. This role involves traveling and interacting with others extensively. Your primary objective will be to drive sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and establishing strong relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities will include achieving regional sales operational objectives by providing regional sales information, developing and executing sales strategies, setting sales objectives through a sales plan, expanding the customer base by supporting sales representatives and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities, and fulfilling sales targets to meet organizational goals. As a Regional Sales Head, being a good negotiator with excellent communication skills, lateral thinking abilities, and strong networking skills are essential for success in this role.
