Job Summary: Switchgear and Control Techniques Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and experience in sales of panel and switchgear products. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for switchgear and control panel products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical panel and switchgear market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding product applications and solutions. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and reports. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and reach. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote products and services. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field. 5-15 years of experience in sales, specifically in panel sales and switchgear products. Ready to travel to the job location. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, products, and applications. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
