Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Launch Strategy and Execution: -Develop and implement region-specific product launch strategies for hospitals and healthcare providers. -Plan and execute marketing campaigns to ensure product visibility, adoption, and market penetration. - Collaborate with the national marketing team to align regional strategies with organizational goals. 2. Stakeholder Management: - Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals (administrators, procurement heads, doctors, etc.). - Organize and lead meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions. 3. Market Research and Analysis: -Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitive benchmarks, and customer insights. - Gather feedback from hospitals and other healthcare partners to refine product positioning and strategies. 4. Collaboration with Sales Teams: - Work closely with the regional sales team to provide marketing support, tools, and materials. - Coordinate with sales leadership to track product adoption and achieve growth targets. 5. Brand Awareness and Promotions: - Organize CMEs, workshops, conferences, and events to enhance brand presence. - Develop hospital-specific marketing collateral and promotional materials. 6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Track KPIs, analyze performance, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Prepare regular reports on regional progress and outcomes.
