This includes right from operations, planning, and enhancing customer experience to implementing marketing campaigns resulting in delivering results. It involves solving key business problems and be involved in strategy formulation and execution. Responsibilities: Drive the Business Growth of the region Lead & execute the overall strategy, market growth and operations of the region Set and drive key business initiatives across the region through events, new stores selection. Continuous ideation towards team building and growth of the brand. Responsible for revenue target achievement, cost containment, adherence to Company SOPs As a member of the core team you will participate in most of the decisions and are expected to add great value. Month on Month Improvement of Key Metrics like Same Store Sales Growth, Customer retention, NPS Ensure appropriate SOPs are streamlined and monitored for better control. Seamless co-ordinations with all aggregators and be one-point contact for dispute resolution. Interact with business heads, marketing, finance, operating teams and ensure disputes are resolved in the best interest of the customer and company. Reduce - modifications, cancellations, kitchen preparation times Ensure listing with a good quality restaurant ranking on all relevant platforms Ensure 100% store uptime in all delivery channels Communicate business plans to store teams to ensure maximum returns Analyse possible risks and opportunities wrt actual Vs plan and highlight business head ahead of time for action Be a visionary with a demonstrated ability to envision the end solution and architect the actions necessary achieve that solution. Requirement: 8 - 12 years with an MBA Extremely strong organizational skills, with the desire to work in an environment of rapid growth Self-driven go-getter who can match the energy levels of the passionate leadership team of the company Prior experience of P&L Management and team handling An ability to think ahead of the curve in terms of market scanning and business development Strong Operations experience with people orientation. Working against very strict deadlines Leading the sales force and sales engine in the retail stores from the front Strong conviction in customer service and orientation Strong back in process-oriented work culture Sales & Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
