Job Description

Regional Manager-Trade Sales-RL SALES-Retail Sales

  • Managing the Trade sales performance of West region
  • Managing the Team of 6 Location Managers and 60 Trade Relationship managers across West India
  • Responsible for achieving region wise Trade income & working capital budgets
  • Create Regional sales plans in alignment with business growth objectives
  • Responsible for ensuring complete manpower at all locations 
  • Prepare and review the monthly budget achievements of each location manager
  • Analyze regional markets trends and discover new opportunity for business growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Presenting performance data to regional forums every month
  • Involving with Credit, Technical team in high value deals
  • Supporting, Motivating & creating positive work environment to arrest employee attrition 
  • Ensured adherence and compliance to regulatory requirements while processing transactions both in terms of documentation and rules.
