Job Description
Regional Manager-Trade Sales-RL SALES-Retail Sales
- Managing the Trade sales performance of West region
- Managing the Team of 6 Location Managers and 60 Trade Relationship managers across West India
- Responsible for achieving region wise Trade income & working capital budgets
- Create Regional sales plans in alignment with business growth objectives
- Responsible for ensuring complete manpower at all locations
- Prepare and review the monthly budget achievements of each location manager
- Analyze regional markets trends and discover new opportunity for business growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Presenting performance data to regional forums every month
- Involving with Credit, Technical team in high value deals
- Supporting, Motivating & creating positive work environment to arrest employee attrition
- Ensured adherence and compliance to regulatory requirements while processing transactions both in terms of documentation and rules.
