Job Title: Regional Manager (Sales)
Location: Southern Region (HQ - Tamil Nadu preferred)
We are seeking for an experienced Regional Manager for distribution sales (Dealer+distributor development) for our Bicycle tyres division. The candidates' primary objectives shall be to drive sales growth by leveraging their existing experience and connections in the industry and nurturing relationships with our existing customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales growth by onboarding new dealers and distributors and expanding customer-base.
- Implementing company sales and marketing strategies in their respective regions.
- Ensuring effective and prompt communication with customers to ensure customer fulfilment.
- If required by senior management, build a sales team for the territory to address the sub-regions.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (minimum).
- Minimum experience of 10 years in the dealer+distributor sales category in the bicycle tyre industry. Must have considerable experience in OEM sales and handling dealer and distributor sales as well.
- Working technical knowledge about bicycle components.
- Languages (written/oral) - English (professional), Hindi, very well versed with the prevalent local languages of the respective regions.
