Location - Gurgaon CTC- upto 14 - 16LPA + 72K TA + 2LPA Variable Sales Lead (Media & Ad Sales) Must have advertisement/media sales background Team management experience is a must Strong focus on revenue generation & sales drive 5-day work week (SatSun off) Job Description:- Should be interested in Business Development (B2C/ B2B) through sales of multiple society level services/ products. Meet prospective partners, execute effective service presentations,, and emphasize USPs and benefits with a focus on the value of the service. Meet with multiple Vendors to understand the scope of business and their expectations. Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities and lead conversions. Generating new leads through cold calling, understanding the requirements of societies, and revenue generation through outbound sales is a major KRA. Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources. Mandatory requirements for this position A minimum of 2-4 years of field sales experience and the ability to meet targets is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good mathematical, analytical, and logical skills are a must-have. Should be proficient in English and Regional language (knowing the regional language of the job location is mandatory). Should be comfortable working on weekends(Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off on Monday. Effective presentation and negotiation skills. Hands-on MS Office Excel, Word & PPT, etc. A valid drivers license(DL) with a two-wheeler/four-wheeler as this role requires you to be on the field.
