Job Description: Responsible for complete headcount forecasting & budgeting for business Responsible for the end-to-end Performance Management review process with compensation administration for the organization. Responsible for confirmations, transfers, demotions, promotions etc. Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans. Should have in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring legal compliances. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to the Management Team for improvement of organizations policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters. Ensure that the operations team delivers their planned outcomes. Monitor report and advice on the performance of functions for which the HR Operations team is Responsible Work within the performance development and review system to review performance, coach and develop staff and encourage continued learning and development of HR Team to increases HRs capacity and competence to meet current and future Needs Substantial knowledge of dealing with employee relations including sickness management, grievance, disciplinary, capability, terms and conditions of employment and change management Desired Candidate Profile: Good organizational and communication skills Adaptive to a complex environment.
