Job Title: Regional Head Department: Retail Sales Experience: 15+ years Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities: Oversee regional sales teams to achieve sales targets, ensuring high performance in line with set KPIs and targets. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Foster strong relationships with sales team members in the region, promoting a collaborative and motivated work environment. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed revenue goals. Conduct monthly meetings to review team performance, providing feedback and guidance to drive improvement. Represent the company at regional events, enhancing brand visibility and building professional networks. Delegate tasks effectively and set clear deadlines to ensure timely completion and highquality outcomes. Monitor and analyse regional market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks, adjusting strategies as needed. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales objectives. Qualification: Education/Certifications: Graduation/ Post-Graduation, Certification in NISM / IRDA (Mandatory) Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience and come from an Equity Broking background Have a strong track record of success with prior experience in a regional sales role Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships,
