Job Description
As a Regional Head of Engineering with our MNC-based company in Bangalore/Pune, you will be responsible for leading multiple development teams and demonstrating hands-on polyglot software development experience in Java/Kotlin/Scala or similar languages. Your role will involve utilizing strong architectural and design skills, including experience with cloud technologies, agile and DevOps practices, database technologies, and platforms. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 18 years of experience, who has a proven track record in applying modern standards and rigor to engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring teams towards measurable results, with familiarity of DORA, SPACE, and related research being a plus. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and strategic skills, enabling you to work effectively at both senior and technical levels. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, as well as project and program management experience. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore/Pune.
