Looking for Regional H R We are looking for candidates having: 1. Minimum 5 years experience in handling HR in Micro finance/ banking domain. 2. Hands own experience in Talent Acquisition (mass recruitment) and exposure to South and northern parts of India. 3. Exposure in HR operations, employee life cycle management. 4. Candidate should ready to relocate anywhere in India Key Roles would be(but not limited to) Manpower Planning and Placements as per requirements of MB Channel for the allotted region. Employee Onboarding as per the bank policies Ensure smooth Employee life cycle management, Employee performance Management in the MB channel. Managing HR Operations in the MB channel. Support Corporate HR /L&D team for ensuring the corporate policies, procedures, trainings are adhered across the channel Coordinate with business for ensuring the employees are engaged and joyful so as to improve employee productivity.
