Job Description

As a Regional Franchise Manager at Sharekhan Limited, your main responsibility will involve acquiring new business partners and providing them with the necessary handholding and training. You will be in charge of installing signage, mandatory posters, loggers, etc., at the business partner outlets to ensure brand visibility. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new franchisees and ensuring Sharekhan's presence in all major districts of Bihar. You will be responsible for training the business partners on Sharekhan software, preparing prospect lists, and conducting client acquisition and software demonstrations. In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also be involved in inaugurating business partners with their clients, providing training on investments, trading, and TradeTiger software to partners and their staff, and liaising with other departments to resolve HNI client and business partner queries efficiently. To excel in this role, you are expected to have good communication and leadership skills, be a fast learner, adaptive, and possess knowledge of equity and mutual funds.
