Job summary

 

The role involves leading and managing a two-wheeler loan portfolio within a specific region - UP and Eastern States. 

 

Responsibilities include driving business growth, ensuring portfolio quality, and managing a team of credit professionals.

 

  • Credit Management & Portfolio Quality
  • Oversee the credit process for two-wheeler loans, from appraisal to collection.
  • Evaluate applicant creditworthiness using financial data, reports, and other information.
  • Analyze financial information to assess repayment ability and manage risk.
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Monitor the credit portfolio for quality and early warning signs.
  • Track deviations and delinquencies to implement corrections.
  • Analyze delinquent cases and data for proactive risk management.

 

  • Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
  • Partner with the business team to meet targets.
  • Maintain relationships with dealerships, OEMs, and other regional stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze new markets in the region.
  • Promote the company's products to partners and customers.

 

  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and manage credit approvers, providing guidance and training.
  • Ensure team performance meets expectations.
  • Arrange training on credit scrutiny, KYC, and process adherence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

 

  • Operations & Compliance
  • Set up and monitor processes for vendor and PDD management, staffing, and security creation.
  • Ensure turnaround times are met.
  • Coordinate with external agencies.
  • Ensure audit compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like sales, operations, and legal.
  • Lead post-disbursement document and covenant compliance.

 

Specific field and industry experience is needed, as well person who knows local profile and geography shall be preferred.
