The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and a strong dedication to effectively and efficiently carry out tasks. With a significant background in sales of oils and fats across diversified industries, you will be responsible for various key accountabilities: - Business Development: - Developing and executing strategies to enhance revenue and market share in collaboration with the team. - Analyzing business reports to achieve sales targets and sustain profitability. - Overseeing the growth of Bakery Fats and Ingredients Business. - Identifying and appointing a robust distribution channel for NDWT and Bakery Business. - Formulating strategic sales approaches to attract, close, and retain new business opportunities in the market through strong customer connections. - Identifying growth opportunities within existing markets and maintaining relationships with current clients. - Creating a sales dashboard for informed decision-making by the leadership team. - Understanding client needs and determining the company's ability to meet them. - Enhancing the overall sales capability within the team. - Acting as the voice of the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Recommending industry best practices for sales growth and innovation. - Enhancing sales team performance through feedback, reviews, and clear goal setting. - Advising on motivation and retention strategies for the sales team. - Developing and updating a festival calendar for efficient demand/supply planning. - Focusing on sales, profitability, liquidation, collections, and market share. - Monitoring and driving the performance of Channel partners. - Increasing business contribution and profitability through improved forecasting. - Identifying competency gaps and developing plans for improvement. - People Development: - Identifying talent, recruiting, developing, training, motivating, and providing growth opportunities to team members. - Managing performance issues within the team through regular feedback and coaching. - Identifying technical and people leaders for development and succession planning. - Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with company policies. - Demonstrating and coaching team members on Bunge Values. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Overseeing the South (India) region for Bakery Fats, Ingredients, and Table Spread. Major Opportunities and Decisions: - Focusing on the development of the area in Ingredients and Fats business. Management/Leadership: - Demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills. - Maintaining excellent relationships with business partners and colleagues. - Possessing in-depth knowledge of Fats and Ingredients. - Acting as an excellent trainer. Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces: - Maintaining strong relationships with business partners and colleagues. - Building a robust network. Knowledge and Technical Competencies: - Profound knowledge of Oils and Fats. - Ability to navigate dynamic markets and guide the team towards desired outcomes. - Problem-solving skills are crucial for effective leadership in this role. Education/Experience: - A graduate, preferably in Science or Commerce. - A business management degree would be advantageous. - Extensive sales experience in FMCG or Edible oil business with reputable companies. - Proficiency in the local language, Hindi, and English (both written and spoken). - Strong computer skills.,
