Regional Assistant Marketing Manager Role Overview We are seeking an energetic and experienced Regional Asst. Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities in Maharashtra. Based in Pune, this role involves planning and executing regional promotional campaigns, coordinating BTL (Below The Line) marketing efforts, and collaborating with local vendors for effective brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and execute local marketing campaigns across Maharashtra to boost brand visibility and showroom footfall. Identify innovative BTL marketing strategies and improve on-ground campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with local vendors for design, printing, and installation of marketing collaterals (hoardings, banners, standees, in-store branding, etc.). Manage festival-based promotions, showroom activations, roadshows, and local sponsorships. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the central marketing team. Maintain budgets and ensure timely execution of all regional campaigns. Stay informed on competitor activities and local market trends to drive competitive strategies. Ensure brand consistency in all regional marketing efforts. Requirements Prior experience in regional marketing, field marketing, or BTL campaign execution. Strong network of local vendors and agencies in Maharashtra preferred. Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and vendor coordination. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and travel across cities in Maharashtra as needed. Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).,
