Job Description: As a Regional Area Manager at Interior Company, you will be responsible for leading a Regional Sales team to achieve annual sales and profit targets. Your role will involve tracking the daily performance of Team Leaders and Sales personnel, while also focusing on generating 2X revenue through team members and being accountable for the P&L of the vertical. Your duties will include performing succession planning by implementing training and performance evaluation strategies for management positions, thereby increasing productivity and ensuring consistency. You will lead a team of team leaders, oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of sales personnel, and establish a competitive workforce through attractive benefits, packages, and incentive programs. In this role, you will be expected to set goals and objectives for the team, assign tasks, review work, and ensure that productivity, closure targets, and customer satisfaction levels are met and exceeded. Your expertise in general business skills and your ability to reason effectively and work independently will be crucial to your success in this position.
